Received FINRA arbitration ruling for two representatives of Deutsche Bank in the fall of 2018.

Successfully defended corporation and its CEO in a non-compete case brought by Amway in the Eastern District of Texas. After a two week trial in Sherman, the jury found for my clients on all 12 counts.

Successfully defended UPS in a seven day trial in the Western District of Oklahoma against claims of race discrimination and retaliation.

Prevailed in a TRO proceeding regarding non-compete and trade secret claims leading to settlement of potentially protracted litigation in MLM industry.

Extensive experience negotiating labor contracts, including with the Teamsters.
